I tried it and I joined friends zombie game, he was in the pre-game lobby, and it froze for a few seconds and during those few seconds I was in his lobby then when it unfroze I was in my own zombie lobby but the title screen was in the background and I could still walk around and everything? LOL what?

Haha i know the createFX dvar is so wierd i see why treyarch have not patched yet this is so pointless but at the same time kinda cool.....

Can you only teleport people with this? and in the main menu I noticed there's options on the screen to " add " and " delete " What's that all about?

It's to add and delete models, like forge mode.
