Does it let you load campaign?

Drag your profile into horizon.

Drag the SVG into Horizon.

Switch the device and profile ID's to your's, not the console ID's.

Done.

Yes it is, many people here have given positive feedback. I only don't know how to replace the ID's because i made my own and never had to but i think you can use modio and horizon.

Save it into the same directory that your old SVG was in, when you load up black ops make sure you click the device the SVG is located in and click continue campaign.
