Yes, it is going on right now, and it ends on the 14 of November. It is in all playlists and game modes

It's in all game modes except KoTH I think because me and my two friends were playing yesterday and didn't get double XP, but we then played some execution and got double..

The double xp works for Alpha. Including Annex (koth) Just do a quick match till you get koth. If you play it right you can get 10k a game
