No he means online hence the title, "multiplayer" they have lt + 2.0 firmware on their dvd drives and have a 0800 rip of the game... I am one of those people playing online.

Some stores give out Modern Warfare 3 early.
Some people have also downloaded the ISO for the game,
which is illegal and their gamer tags will most
likely get banned.
