your not able to use USB on GTA IV, you can hot swap it but there is no way to mod with a USB On GTA IV

Why don't you get a modded ISO and just hotswap GTA?

Its so easy to do...

ahaha look at you trying call me dumb if you want to be a modder you should know usb is only offline mods and is only unlimited health and ammo and gun set up u div so don't try quote me on other posts saying I'm the dumb one yeah ( and is this plan enough English that you can understand you moron
