Why continue to post what has been posted already or if you can not help?
Clearly, it needs fixing, I just don't want to pay assloads of money. And I could not find any topics related to what I needed help with.
Have you tried booting into safe mode?
Yes, it doesn't work, it shows all the things in a list, and then it shut goes back to the 'Starting Windows' screen.

BSOD's are generally caused by hardware but can also be caused by software so it isn't always easy to troubleshoot.
I would suggest using the above tool and posting the results on a Forum dedicated to Windows.
Checking out the site now. Also, I just ran a test and it said I had about 40 extra megabytes on my hardrive. But if I can't access my desktop, I can't delete some programs that have a lot of memory.
EDIT: I can't use that, I can't access my desktop, thanks though.

If it is unfixable or if it's a lot of trouble just re-install windows.

I had this the other day, mine was to do with some kind of memory leakage.
Video your screen with a phone or camera and look at what the error code is or even better if your pc has found the error, then tell us what it is or type it in to Google.
Also, have you tried system Restore?

Well if you do have everything, then just reinstall Windows OS to your PC, that way it will clear whatever the problem may be whether its a virus or not and you have a fresh PC too. That's what I did.
