the cheapest place i found to buy a VPS is [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

you can get a 12 person server for 6, and with very little lag.
you can access the server files 2 ways, through FTP and through an internet site which they will send you in an email.
they have 24/7 LIVE support and they are very helpful.

also if you need help setting it up and the live support is offline for some reason, please pm me and i will help.
