Any USB configured to your Xbox
Let's get started.
First off, you will need to set your sensitivity to 10 in MW2
plug in your USB to your xbox and go to System settings->memory->Your storage device->Gamer Profiles from the dashboard. Hover over the profile you want to mod and select it. After that select move and move it to your USB
Plug your USB into your computer and open up modio. In modio select "Explore a device". It should open up a window. In the top left corner press file then open/close device. When you press it it will open up your flashdrive. click on contents and then find you gamerprofile folder. GO into it and click on Profile storage then profiles and there should be a file that looks like E0004365366345. Right click on this file and press open in re-signer. It should pull up a window with some profile information like profile ID and device ID. Click on the File contents tab and then scroll down to 41560817.gpd. Right click and extract the file to a place where you can easily find it. After this open up HxD and drag your 41560817.gpd into it or click file->open. After that press CTRL+F and enter "SEMV" into the search box and change the search direction to all. Search it and press F3 once. It should have 53 45 4D 56 highlighted in grey. Press down on your keyboard if those are highlighted in gray it you should be on 40. Change that 40 to any of the numbers below

4A = Head bang Mode
7F = No Recoil / Disabled Right Thumb stick
Any higher values will most likely do head bang mode or just disable your right thumb stick
After you change that hex Go to file and save your gpd. Go back to the window in modio with your profile in it and go to File contents. Now replace your 41560817.gpd with your hex edited one. After this click on the General file info tab and press rehash and resign in the bottom right hand corner. After this click save to device and choose you device. Now, just plug you USB back into your Xbox and play MW2 with your newly modded sensitivity !
