If you can't kill somebody with a SMG or a assault rifle when they are using a sniper...
Just quit. Pack your bags, throw your Xbox/PS3 in the garbage and quit.
People who quick-scope you are at a slight disadvantage, they can't spray. Yeah, sometimes they might quick scope you in the first shot, but you can easily just spray them down as long as you don't have the reaction time of a turtle.
You are just too bad to kill a sniper with an fully automatic gun close range, you should just quit.
Simple as that.
