Well He Gave Me The Permissions He Told Me To Do This

go in console and type
pr yourusernamehere parents add Owner
then
pr yourusernamehere parents remove rookie
replace yourusernamehere with your username (obviously)

i have a cmd and a white 1 a done it in both and it dont do anythink

what you have to download the bukkit plugin set rank then after that op yourself in console type op yourname then go on the server type /rank yourname rank
