I pre-ordered the Hardened Edition for Release-Day Shipping but it still says the item is "not shipped yet." Is this normal? Is anyone else in the same situation as me?

They would have sent you a email saying it was shipped, sorry dude doesn't look like you'll get it on release

Yes this is normal they over night ship all of the copies to everyone the day before.
Hope this helped

Edit: I ordered release date game shipping from them before and got it on time every time.
