For people who have the game already, what is the sniping/ quickscoping like?

Is it more similar to MW2 or Black Ops? (i.e. does the scope move around when zooming in or does it remain still?)
Also, are there any bullet delays similar to Black ops?

There are lots of videos on youtube of people sniping/trickshotting. You should check them out!
