Game don't screw you over. Infinity Ward set a release date for a reason, if they wanted it released at anytime they would have just thrown it in stores when it was ready. All Game are doing is respecting Infinity Wards decision to not let it out early.

Also most of the stores which sold it early will probably face legal action from Infinity Ward.
