You get a token to spend at level 1 which unlocks 1 thing for the entire prestige (e.g. favorite gun, perk)

Unlock gear is were you can unlock one thing to carry through all of your prestiges you can only have 4 tokens when the game comes out or u can use your tokens to get a extra custom class slot or etc

Every time you prestige in Cod, you get a prestige token, but you only get 1 per game. So you only need to prestige once, and you have the token.

How the token works:
When you prestige in any Cod starting at 4, and ending in Black Ops you earn a prestige token. (It doesn't matter how many times you have prestiged you can only get 1 Token per game.) With these tokens you can get guns/perks/etc... early. So for example you could have the ACR at level 1. You can Also do this with perks as well.

i dont think u can have the acr at level 1 because u probaly still have to unlock custom classes

you get a token if you pristiged in every other callofduty. You get 1 every time you pristige in mw3, so you can unlock stuff.

i was wondering how it worked so im smashing the ranks now to get first prestige on cod4 and mw2

What about if u take the reward, "Extra Custom Class" do i keep it all the time??
