It's all to do with time zones.
Release date" 8th November.
Main Country's that play Xbox:
UK
USA
Mexico
France
Spain
Australia
Etc.
USA Is west of the world, So when its tuesday for you us in the UK will be playing it 6 hours before you can get it.
Where as Australia they can be playing it like 11+ hours before us in the UK get it, so like 24 hours before you in the US.
That's just the way it is..

I think this is right. In Germany and Austria online shops and normal retailers sell the games since saturday.
