This could be numerous things
1. Try Deleting History/Cookies/Cache
2.Try A different Web browser (Firefox etc.)
3.If none of the others work log in to your router and change your mac address reset your router if that does not work I will take a look on team viewer

4. This is very Unlikely but you could have a virus (keylogger, remote administration tool when people are creating them on most theirs an option to disable you from accessing websites they enter so you can try scanning your pc with malware bytes
