Improved from the last one, but still a little sketchy.

Advice

The black line underneath "Skrillex" isn't clean, it looks pixelated. Nice that you put more thought into your text though.

You still didn't do much with the render, this is a very hard render to work with, and that's a decision you made when you chose to make this a forum signature.

Bevel on the character render looks pretty bad itself, take that out. Take the background layers, and merge them into one. Then go and get a burn tool, then select the background layer and burn behind the character render, it'll give it a sort of "Popping" sensation. Adds more character to it.

One more thing, add a 1px black border around it, makes it look more professional/neat.

Overall: Improved

Did you add bevel/emboss? Looks weird as hell

This is quite nice, I think you out to do a little more to the render, mess around with the lighting and all the business.

7/10. Keep at it

You beveled and embossed his hair that is pretty sad

Feedback
Dont try and get to fancy it needs to be darker aslo take away some of the random colors like the orange on his face it is very noticable and does not blend well, Also it was an atrocious mess behind the guy make it look more clean and lastly you have way too much outer glow try and use less and paint some things to make it cleaner and more neat looking. Overall I give this a 4/10

Hope I helped

It's okay, but ALWAYS put a border on Forum signatures avatars banners etc. it makes it look a little more decent. 6.5/10
