You have to be 18 to purchase the game. The only reason they will sell it to you is because they are infact selling the game to your parent NOT you. The reason why you have to be 18+ to use cod elite is because you are gambling.

Yeah i would do that, but When I redeemed my code for COD ELITE it said nothing about how I had to be 18, so I redeemed it, and wasted $50 doing it.

the reason you take your parent to buy it is because they are "buying" the game, not you. Its the only way stores could get your money. The stores dont care if youre under 18, thhey just want your money. Anyway, its rated M/18+ because the individual playing (NOT buying) should be the age that the rating is recommending
