I tried to download NET.Framework 3.5 SP1 Help me please! I can't download anything at all they won't start up!

Restart your computer or do a system restore to the day before the problem happened.

Did you downlaod a virus? Run virus check restart computer reboot windows?

A full PC scan cannot be performed via a browser, you will need to use an anti virus package in order to do so.

As you can't download one I would suggest Downloading a free antivirus from another PC or a friends house then placing it on a memory stick or HDD, then simply install onto your Machine and perform your scans.

I could download AvG I think I just had to restart ,y computer.
