Uhm. First you need to learn how to put Permissions. I just joined your server and you have no permissions.

Yeah, all you need to make it stop lagging is either More RAM (random access memory) or a better internet speed.
To check your ram just go to where it says My Computer and right click, then click properties there you will see RAM (Random Access Memory)
Need more help, just ask

I have 3gb and no lag... 32 bit? Maybe its your internet speed
