At Level 62 at the moment, what is the best way to rank up, I'm doing the Specialist/Hardline technique and playing Kill Confirmed at the moment, is there any more that I should try?

That truly is the best way, the only other advice is look at challenges and work to complete them not only will it give XP it will make you a better player.
