Is it just me that hears this or everyone? Is there a fix if so? Its so annoying

Try disconnecting your mic and playing the audio through your television set.
If it still sounds robotic, it is the game, not your mic. You might want to go to the official Call of Duty forums and bring it to their attention and ask for a solution.

yeah i thought the same too. It's the same in mw2. Just go in a party if your not playing S+D.

It's not just his headset guys. All of my friends have had the same issue when we're out of party chat.
