fill out the form on what you want :
type : (look at list) Youtube Background
text : (what you want it to say) Trauma on the side then put subscribe where the video info is
colors : (blue , green ,pink ect...) be creative
bakround pic : (the pic or what ever you want behind the text) something to do with Mw2 quickscoping
any thing else : (anyy random stuf you want in it. leave blank if you dont want any thing) maybe a crown over the T in Trauma but u dont have to add it if u don't want to
