ok so now im doing it for my brother he plays ps3 lol he sucks haha but tell me how to do it where do i get the file of his ps3 i mean well i judt got his ps3 spec ops file and now wat do i do

The same thing but you don't need horizon you can just use the default windows USB explorer.
