it is in the bleak falls barrow dungeon if u follow the main quest line it will lead u to this dungeon (bleak falls barrow) it s in a mountain near riverwood. when u r in the dungeon u will kill a big spider around the middle of the dungeon then there is a guy traped by the spiders webs (blocking the path) chop at the webs to realease him, he will run, kill him, search him, and he will habve the claw, in order to finish the dungeon the riddle to a door at the end of it has the answer on the palm of the golden dragon claw. This should be the first dungeon you do if you follow the main quest line
