So yesturday i was banned for a modded avatar that i have had for 2 years. I didnt do it, my brother gave my info out to his friend who then modded my acheivments and avatar without my permission. I never wanted to change it and soon my acheivments were taken and yesturday i was banned. Can anyone help?

I was thinking of calling them but i dont know if that will help
