So just came back onto xbox to see this:

It could just be server down, though im not sure, other people are getting on ok

And i haven't done anything but that clant tag glitch which i highly doubt id get banned for
Any suggestions/solutions?

They are just down.

This happened to me swell, i just went xbox live and it was fine.

Looks like a ban. I know they've been banning people for the clan tag exploit...There is a feature in the Report Player menu specifically for exploitation of the game.

I only get that when i look at the leaderboards while in a lobby. For a few seconds it just frrezes then BAM i get that message at the multiplayer menu

i highly doubt they would ban anyone for a clan tag. they mostly only ban if its an unfair advantage to others, like if you where to mod your rank.

It is not a ban, if it was it would say "You have been banned from the Modern Warfare 3 servers for X Number of days."

It constantly says this for me at random points of time, I think due to the fact that the game is so new, the servers are also new. This will be fixed most likely.

Just try connecting. That literally JUST happened but I just connected and it worked
