At this stage in development, killstreaks stack and carry over if you die, but do not contribute to further killstreaks (hence eliminating the 'camping for killstreaks' problem of Modern Warfare 2).
so does that mean instead of streaks u can just get say liek 7 kills total for a harrier? or only if ur liek 1 kill away or what? or just sayin if u get a streak, die u cna stack the same rewards twice?

No its the same as MW2 expect for kill streaks getting toward your next kill streak.
Ex. If you get a UAV and care package... Then you die... You still have your carepackage and after you use that you still have your UAV

Actually no it hasn't.
On Cod 4+5 if you get dogs (Or chopper) and you die a new UAV (Or recon) you would loose the dogs and chopper...
