I know what you mean now. I think the prestige tokens might be set in the online profile not the GPD. What level are you on mw3?

there seems to be a hex in for your title and emblem in the mw3 GPD
this seems rele flawed and require more research

If this was to work, it could be done quite easily.

Person 1 creates GPD at certain prestige and certain level, (probably best if no prestige, level 80) they have all the titles and emblems unlocked, something that Dreamer or Eaton could easily do, they release the GPD, then someone else who is that same level downloads that GPD and puts it into their profile, loads it up and because they are the same rank, nothing with ranks is changed or altered in anyway but all the titles and emblems may possibly be unlocked, and obviously any challenges that person has completed on the GPD. I'm guessing that the challenges aren't server sided so it's quite possible this would work.
