A friend wants to sell me his modded controller he doesnt know itll work for mw3 so im asking people his modded controller has 8 modes and i know his work for mw 2 so will it work for mw3?and which mode does it work on?

Yes it works.
Is yours 8 mode/akimbo
Mode 2 is what MW2 uses and it works for me on MW3. Pistols shoot SOOOO fast but the semi fire assault rifle shoots slow?

Im pretty sure it will work but just in case try and get a friend who has the game to test it or just rent the game and text it but otherwise MW3 is a really good game if you wana just buy it and modded controllers will work for other game and they are super cool so just have fun.

thanks guys this really helped me cuz it my first time getting a modded controller,cuz i usually dont feel like using one cuz im too lazy to order one online:/ haha but lately ive been trying to use my pistol and they suck lol i can only shoot so fast.....
