I was trying to sign up for elite on my xbox and it wasnt letting me cause there are "too many people using it"
And when i try to sign in on my computer it says that enail adress has already been used "even though i never signed up for elite"
My questions are:
If i buy elite on my xbox will it give me the account premium and will it give me the title and emblem and stuff?

When will they fix all the bugs with elite and get it up again?
