I went on MW3 this morning and it was being slow and delayed. I thought, it may be a dodgy connection so i left it for 6 hours.
Just come home and its still slow. Anyone know how to fix it ?

It is nothing to do with my connection. I have turned it on and off many times.

Same thing happened to me but idk if it fixed it but i just restarted my xbox and let mw3 load up through all the cut scenes and then it seemed to work fine.
Not sure if it's because we were trying to load the game to fast or what but it was weird.

I was having horrible lag yesterday, as well.
Try deleting your system cache, then restarting your router. Make sure your console is the only device connected to the internet, then play MW3 and redownload the TU when it asks.

I just fixed that on my Xbox to!
How I did it: Go all the way back to main menu, Then go to your xbox dashboard then turn of your xbox and turn it on again.

This happened to me yesterday:
1.Delete System Cache.
2.Delete Your Profile and Recover it(To make sure your Game file isn't corrupted.
3.Restart Router.
4.Make sure your disk doesn't have any smudges on it.
5.Give up all hope and eject the disk and unplug everything then let the xbox sit for a good 20 minutes and the plug everything back in and play.
6.If this doesn't work it's probably your disk(Might be scratched or it's just a faulty disk)

I just went and installed the game to hardrive and it stopped..
Idk if it fixed or I was just lucky
