Are you stupid? Concussion and Stun Grenades are the same thing. They just have different names. :facepalm: You're reply has nothing to do with what he is asking.

None of the sites I've seen have noted the required level for this. I eventually ended up finally getting it around level 52. So you might unlock it around 50.
