All you have to do is this

1: Get someone thats underneath you at a good distance to shoot you with a Spas 12 preferably.

2: Right when he shoots you jump at the same time (Press A)

Thats it.

better way is yes get someone to go under you
2.aim where ever you are jumping shoot where u are going right before he shoots you works a little bit better

(or you can just carepackage jump)
