if you did it on xbox you dont have to verify your email change. you only have to verify your email when you make a new call of duty elite account to get your two free hours of double xp

no, you got it wrong make a new call of duty elite account and make the account the same email as your xbox or psn email so they can be linked together so you can get your 2 hours
