If you get reported then you stand a chance of getting banned.

If you don't want to be banned don't do the glitch, or do it on hardcore so there is no killcam when you kill someone.

YES you will get banned on the mw3 forums they state there will be NO tollerence of Glitching/boosting/hacking or cheating in any way...so dont do it and also u shouldnt need to glitch to do good just play the game and have fun
