Or any other prestige exclusive parts of the game besides titles and emblems, and prestige tokens

No there arent really any other benefits other than the title/emblem and stuff you mentioned but yes there are prestige challenges like MW2

u get a prestige token for prestiging so u have to buy a new class in the prestige shop ;)

does anyone know what is unlocked by getting 1,000 kills with the ac-130,

its one of the prestige challenges in mw3? hopefully it will be like mw2 and you get the spinning cod4 10th emblem!

As far as I can tell the only prestige challenge that grants a title / emblem is the "Stealth" one - get 1,000 kills with a silenced weapon.

Way to tell is to hover over the challenge and it'll have a small square box with a lock in it (emblem) or a longer rectangle box with a lock on it (title)

This is the only one (from memory) that has this..
