Downloading to the harddrive is only with Games On Demand. You can do it with a disk too. But, you have to have the disk in the tray and have it downloaded. You can't just download it, and give the game somewhere else. The game still has to be there, so it will not work.

Again, I think this is true. This happened to me, a while back. i do not know if there were any updates or anything.

i want it because my disc is laser burnt. i have the disc with me.

You could do this however it would take time and you could have any easier method.

Get a friend to install his disc to your HDD then if you use your disc it will work , so use his disc to install then play by putting your disc in and playing it from the HDD.
