Ok, guys this is what i wish to do: I plan on buying a MSA gas mask of ebay and what I want to try to do it cut a hole in to the case and some how plaster/epoxy/glue? the mask on so its protruding out of the case, i will integrate a fan into the mask filter to blow air out and i will have lights in the case that will be visible through the visor of the mask. I will also buy a semi decent paint to refinish the case after the make is put in place. My case is the non glossy one. Can anyone give me any advice on fitting the mask on the case? painting tips?

Edit: Also this is on a slim, and the desired location is right above the fan.

this is a very cool idea

i guess you could try to put up some little wall on the inside of the mask to support it but i don't really know how it would work.

if you make this, please make a topic about it, because it sounds very cool.

sounds like a cool idea

i would glue it first and then build up a paper machete base to make it look like part of the console, and then obviously paint the paper machete once set the same gloss as the console
