Sounds like your CoD4 disc is broken

Try cleaning it with a damp cloth or a wet wipe.

If it still doesn't work then I am afraid you are going to be buying a New CoD4 disc.

You got to be kidding me. YOU are practically a One Hit Wonder with 2 posts asking for a 10th lobby when you didnt even do what he requested?? I HATE these type of guys. Don't come on TTG as a One Hit Wonder asking for 10th lobbies all days. It gets on people's nerves.

Turn your xbox off
Take ur HDD out
Replug your HDD
Turn your xbox on
Remove the CD
Take the Cd to the nearest toilet
Clean the cd With toothpaste
Wipe the toothpaste off
Wash with water
Dry
Replace into xbox
Loads
Download from Game content page (Press y)
Now Should download
Once done.. play and its happy times!

Ugh whenever I go to xex menu-content-games-copy dvd-i put it in, and my whole jtag just freezes wtf...

Anyways, here is my answer :

Since you have a JTAG, your version may not be able to read the game disc in the correct format as a regular xbox 360 would. So taking my fact, you cannot do it the way a regular xbox 360 would. You can either get the ISO or do it in the XeX Menu.
