Iv noticed some mods on gta 4 online and some people are setting other players on fire when they want with using a weapon?
Every time spawned in one game i kept on getting set on fire.
so how do we do this type of mod?

1. You must have A JTAG that goes online & is Unbannable.
2. You must know the Cods for each Command
3. It is very Complicated if your doing this for the first time.....
