ok so i was reset from 62 to 58 and i know that infinity didnt reset me cuz i havent done nethng wroung and a lot of my friends have had the same problem

what i did:
1.put 2x EX from mnt dew bottels on my account
2.used it too like 12 minutes(got to 62) and backed out of pregame lobby( went to Multiply player menu not dashboard)
3.put another 45 min on my account of 2x ex also with mnt dew bottels
4. went to the main menu to have the 2x ex to kick in
5.then i went bck to multiplayer and was lvl 58:/

this has happened to my friend to but he was sent bck 15 lvl when going to the3 main menu trying to get his 2x EXp to work

i still had my 2x it had went to how much i had before

am not mad i jus wanna know y this keeps happen to people?
and NO IT IS NOT FROM THEN RESETTING

They randomly reset people...my friend got reset back to level 1 though...it is kinda stupid.

it's a known issue with the server, it's kinda slow and will reset people who don't let their rank sync

You get reset by dashboarding and turning of your xbox.
