Ok that is good news. Try and contact them through an email and let them know your problem. Supply them a link to your stats on COD.com, your username and GT. That should allow them to see the problem and get the right people to reinstate you.

have you tried restarting your xbox?

ive contacted COD.com and they havent replyed.
my xbox its self its fine
it has just done it to my CoD5 level and not my CoD4

Try taking off the HDD and putting it back on.
Then start a game of zombies click the pause button and click choose save device. Then click the hard drive (should be the only option)
Then end the game and try to join a multiplayer game.

Your drive could have just become unplugged which would have put you at level 1 and not save any progress

Also try not to post 3 word posts like the one above.

Or if the problem continues just clear your cache and then get it all back and it should be fine because that what my friend did so yeah
