Every time when I Dashboard or turn my Xbox off even if I'm not in the middle of a game or in a pre-game lobby, I turn it back on and I get de-ranked, it's as if I can't even turn off MW3 anymore

Also is this update a patch to fix it ?

actually,.. i would just turn the xbox off while your at the main menu.. they did it for the people who try and keep the kd good
