No, but if you enter a NEW dungeon after you glitch it they will have ebony weapons and their health will be increased exponentially.

This glitch works 100% on the Ps3 and Xbox i can confirm this i recommend saving before trying this glitch.

No the skills will level up, but you level up faster the more times you read it.
