Can i get a gold clan tag from my clan if its level 10 and i dont have founder/premium?

Its possible, but your clan leader will have to make the clan tag and title. You will then have to wait for it to update and go to the callsifn option whilst on the xbox. There it should come up with the ELITE options. There you should be able to change your clantag to the clan's clantag.
