YOU WONT FIND A CLAN THAT WILL GIVE YOU DOUBLE XP RIGHT AWAY! The XP will be given out when the operations and challenges are given out. Plus, the only way to ge tthe double XP is if your in the clan WHEN it gets to a level that unlocks it
