step 1: once your done creating your banner, avatar etc save it as a jpg file.
step 2: go to [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
step 3: upload your picture
step4: go on to TTG (obviously) and go to account>update avatar> and then copy and paste the html it gives you for forums and message board and voila your done!
