which one is overall the best to buy thinking about buying a new laptop!

I prefer windows, but apple makes some nice laptops. I'd have top say go with a mac.

Depends on what ur doing but since ur getting a laptop im guessing ur not gaming id say go with a Pc unless u got 1000$ and up laying around.
