Turtle Beaches not working. [HELP ME?] +REPPosted:

So i was playign today and everything was working fine until I stopped for maybe 30 mins and went back on and im not getting any sound or my mic isnt picking anything up. So i looked to see if mute was on and The little green light that is next to it that is always on at either green or red wasnt on. I dont know what to do. If anyone else has fixed this before PLEASE tell me and i will rep you for so long.

You need a new cord that goes in your controller...

Make Sure Tab Is All The Way to Right On Mute - Mic - On Or Make Sure All Cables Are Plugged In.

did u check ur cables and if they were pluged in right and is the red or green light on hope this helped

I would try unplugging all the cords
